I purchased the sore joint salve to help with my arthritis pain. Before using this, I could extend my arm fully, reach for things or lay on it. I used a very small amount on my arthritis area in my arm and shoulder. After rubbing it in well, within 20 minutes I was able to fully extend my arm, reach for things and lay on my arm for several hours without having to take over the counter pain medication.
